Kearney Hall (formerly Apperson Hall) is a 30,000-square-foot facility that now serves as the home of the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at OSU, with some of its construction details left exposed to serve as an educational showcase for the students and faculty who work there. Kearney Hall at Oregon State University received gold certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program of the U.S. Green Building Council, the second major facility at the university to achieve this recognition for environmentally-sensitive design and construction.

Park Plaza  is a professional building conveniently located in the Maui Research and Technology Park, a 430-acre technology-oriented development on the slopes of Mount Haleakala.

The Vaux is located at NW 24th and Savier and construction was completed in the Fall of 2007.

Nyberg Woods is a 250,000 square foot shopping center located at the Nyberg (Tualatin/Sherwood) interchange on Interstate-5. Nyberg Woods opened in the Fall of 2007. The project is a $60 million assemblage of upscale stores and restaurants and was named for the Tualatin family that has owned and farmed the property for more than 100 years.

Ala Moana Center is the world’s largest outdoor shopping center (2.1 million square feet of retail space) and Hawaii’s premier shopping, entertainment, and dining destination with 290 stores, including nearly 70 dining options. Ala Moana Center features a diverse collection of stores including locally owned boutiques and national retailers.

The mall’s new 300,000 square-foot retail expansion launched with 17 new stores, including many national and international brands opening in Hawaii for the first time. Nordstrom’s first full-line department store in Hawaii opened along with 80,000 square feet of new shopping space.
